Before your appointment

  • It’s incredibly important to be very honest with your stylist about your hair’s long term history.

  • If you recently had surgery, began/changed medications, began a new diet, or are having hormonal changes, these are all things that can effect your hair color and chemical services. Be sure to share that with your stylist.

  • Our salon takes cleanliness and sanitation seriously. All tools and surface areas are cleaned according to California State law.

  • A deposit will be requested for booking a new appointment. Deposit will go directly toward appointment on the day of the original appointment. However, deposits are non refundable UNLESS your appointment is changed and/or cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Showing up 15 minutes or more after your appointment time may result in appointment cancellation and forfeit of deposit.

  •  ALL APPOINTMENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE AT LEAST 72 HOURS OR MORE IN ADVANCE. This is to ensure our stylists’ time is respected.

During your appointment

  • We love to get to know our guests! However, if you prefer a quiet appointment, please let us know.

  • We offer water, flavored fizzy water, espresso, and one glass of wine (when available and for 21+) per guest during their visit. If your stylist doesn’t offer, please ask as this is never on purpose.

  • Be honest with your stylist about things you like and don’t like with your hair as well as long term goals

  • If you have a busy life that makes “me time” difficult prebook your next appointment to ensure the time/date that works best for you is available.

  • Don’t be afraid to ask your stylist for a great take home regimen if you weren't recommended one. Professional hair care is essential to the longevity and quality of the service that was performed.
