It all begins with a dream, an idea, and for Tif, that dream started in Kindergarten during one of the parent’s career day talks about being a stylist. 11 years later, she jump started her career at 17 with half days of high school and half days of beauty school. She went on to become an international platform artist for Rusk & Bablyiss Pro. A self proclaimed “sun chaser”, she left behind her beloved Windy City for San Diego’s beachy beauty and began her own salon. Tiffany believes in the importance of having beautiful hair that is also healthy.

Following her passion of hair and the beauty industry Karissa is nearing her second decade of her career. Taking her craft very seriously, she continues to seek out education learning new techniques, new products, and always add to her talent of creating beautiful hair She strives for her clients to leave not only with beautiful hair, but a new confidence. Karissa has the gift of making everyone feel like a friend. From traditional highlights, balayage, Agave smoothing treatments and everything in-between, she has a arsenal of knowledge to improve the integrity and look of your hair.

Sovanara is a born and raised San Diegan. She specializes in blonding dark hair, and having all her clients feel like queens. She has strong knowledge in color theory and in creating blended looks. She is her clients’ biggest cheerleader, and is open and honest about upkeep, maintenance, and take-home care. She believes in creating hair that looks fresh for long periods of time. This girl is always up to date on the newest products, trends, and styles. She will steer you in the right direction for home hair care and what truly works for your hair.
